وصف الطبق: الكيش من أشهر الأطباق الفرنسية

• نسبة السعرات الحرارية: 230 سعرة حرارية.
• نسبة الدهنيات: 12 جراما.

المقادير :

-200 جرام دقيق ابيض
ـ 100 جرام زبد.
ـ 200 جرام دقيق ابيض
ـ 100 جرام زبد
ـ 200 جـرام تـونة مصفـاة مـن السوائل
ـ 125 جراماّ بازلاء مجمدة
ـ بيضة
ـ 200 ملليلتر من حـليب الصويا
ـ ملح وفلفل أسود
ـ بودرة فلفل احمر

طريقة التحضير :

1 ـ لتحضير العجين انخلي الدقيق في حلة العجين واخلطيه مع الزبد وأربع ملاعق من الماء البارد حتى تحصلي على عجين.
2 ـ غطيه واحتفظي به في ماء دافئ حتى يتضاعف حجمه.
3 ـ مديه داخل صينية فرن مستديرة واعملي به ثقوباً كثيرة، ثم احتفظي به في الثلاجة.
4 - لتحضير الحشوة وزعي التونة والبازلاء فوق العجين، ثم اخلطي الحليب والبيض مع كوب من الماء، واسكبي هذا الخليط فوق العجين. تبليه ببودرة الفلفل الأحمر، ثم اطبخي الفطيرة في فرن بدرجة حرارة 90 مئوية لمدة 40 دقيقة.
